October 3rd will be the season premiere of "Austin City Limits" will feature Dave Matthews Band - for further details, please check your local listings and view the entire ACL schedule.

On August 10th, 2009, Dave Matthews Band visited the Austin City Limits studio and performed a show which will be aired on PBS in the fall (date TBA). Because of the high demand to see the show in studio, Austin City Limits set up a video stream of the live recording direct from their studio to fans in the Hogg Memorial Auditorium.

The show was a clear promotion for their 7th studio album "Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King". The set list including 10 of the songs from the new album along with few other fan favorites. DMB have been heavily promoting the new album while on their Summer Tour, making stops along the way to visit David Letterman, Jimmy Fallon and Bob Harris.

Dave Matthews has visted the Austin City Limit studios in the past with Emmylou Harris and Buddy Miller in 2000.

Dave Matthews Band will also be performing at the Austin City Limits Music Festival on October 3rd, 2009
