Dave Matthews to play "Music Saves Mountains" concert: May 19th

One day prior to the Dave & Tim Jane Goodall benefit in Washington DC, Dave Matthews is scheduled to perform at the Music Saves Mountains benefit concert in Nashville, TN, May 19th, 2010.

The Music Saves Mountains organization was created to raise awareness about mountaintop removal coal mining, which is devastating Appalachia.

The concert will take place at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN. Tickets will go on sale Friday, March 5th at 10am.

Along with Dave Matthews will be Emmylou Harris, and other special guests Patty Griffin, Buddy Miller, Patty Loveless, Kathy Mattea, and more. Emmylou Harris has performed with Dave Matthews a number of times through the years and has guested on one of her albums.
